SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
Free standard delivery within Australia on orders over A$199.
For orders under A$199, shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping service.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email or text where available.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you with the appropriate next steps.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your Prem Laxmi purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with original tags attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges may be available for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Where an exchange is not suitable, store credit may be offered.
Refunds for eligible change-of-mind returns will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Sale, final-sale or custom-made items may have different change-of-mind conditions where stated at the time of purchase.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
Do not wring or twist delicate fabrics.
Avoid tumble drying unless specifically permitted on the garment care label.
Dry naturally according to the garment's care instructions.
Some garments may require professional dry cleaning.
